Returns
At Petals to Blooms, quality is our priority, and as part of our customer service commitment we offer a return policy.
All our products can be returned during the 10-day period that follows the delivery. You may return your products for any reason. Returns can be made in accordance with our 10-Day Money Back Guarantee. The following exceptions apply:
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY
SALE items are considered a FINAL sale and can not be returned for refund.
Custom orders are considered FINAL sale and can not be returned for refund.
We do not issue exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within ten (10) days of delivery, please contact us to initiate a return.
Other than in accordance with our 10-Day Money Back Guarantee, refunds are not provided.
10-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
In the circumstance where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our products, you may return the item(s) within ten (10) days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost from and to our supplier – no questions asked. Any free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your refund. For example, if we offered free shipping on your order, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned items, but we will deduct the actual shipping costs. The 10-day money back guarantee period will begin from the date that the customer receives the product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be three business days from the date of dispatch. Item must not be damaged and in original condition and must be returned in original packaging, and in an unmarked and unused condition.
If returned products are not in their full original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged and taken off the total refund.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Therefore, the following fees and charges will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges from Petals to Blooms, LLC- Delivery charges to return the product to Petals to Blooms, LLC
The customer must comply with directions from Petals to Blooms, LLC to facilitate a return.
Upon receipt of the products, your merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be issued within fourteen (14) business days.
Refunds are typically issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT
All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Petals to Blooms, LLC. We will refuse any returns without this authorization.
To return a purchase, please simply follow these instructions below:
1. Send an email to info@petalstoblooms.com within the 10-day period after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form. 2. Prior to returning the item, a form must be filled out and emailed back to info@petalstoblooms.com for approval. Add a picture of the packaged product you want to return.
3. Please copy and insert the same form into each box being returned. Original receipt is needed for any returns. The address will be provided upon advice of the refund/return request.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
We take great care to make sure your items are shipped safely. Each order is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during the shipping process. While cases are rare, damages do happen once in a while.
All items must be opened and checked by the customer at time of delivery before the delivery person leaves, otherwise we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit.
If a customer receives a damaged or faulty product, they must notify Petals to Blooms, LLC upon receipt of the goods and follow the correct returns policy as stipulated above. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, you must tell the driver you reject the delivery due to damage during shipping and note it on the receipt with ‘Damaged Upon Arrival’. In order to process your claim, please send us up to three (3) pictures including one of the box that the item shipped in, to info@petalstoblooms.com. All damage not noted with the driver present can not be claimed. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material. After delivery is refused, our customer service staff will file a claim and work with you in a timely manner to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. If the product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier.
Petals to Blooms, LLC must issue a return authorization prior to customers returning goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Any damaged or faulty claims after ten (10) days of delivery will not be accepted as a refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have returned your product, please allow fourteen (14) business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. If you still haven’t received a refund after this date, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Petals to Blooms, LLC has no liability with regards to the additional time required to process refunds through your financial institution.
Petals to Blooms, LLC reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Petals to Blooms, LLC strives to make your online shopping experience enjoyable with excellent service, every time. We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. We ask you to provide a daytime phone number when ordering so that the shipping provider may contact you (if required) regarding your delivery. Your account is charged once we have confirmed your order.
Currently, we are only shipping to the continental United States.

Currently,Petals to Blooms, LLC only shapes with in the Untied States and does not ship internationally.
PAYMENT
